At Staff PrivilegesTM, we are committed to providing to you valued products and services. We recognize that protecting your privacy is one of the fundamental responsibilities we have to our existing and potential members. This policy explains what Staff PrivilegesTM does to keep your information safe and secure.

COLLECTING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. We require you to share your personal information with us for some of our program activities. These activities include membership verification, activation and administration, benefits utilization, award redemption and purchases associated with the program. Your personal information is verified and used to service your Staff Privileges membership. We may also use your personal information to provide you with information about features, services and other offerings that may be of interest to you.

At Staff Privileges™, we take privacy very seriously. We ensure we protect and respect your personal information. We consider all information to be confidential and private. Staff Privileges does not keep your credit card information in any database, file, or any other permanent storage. We use Authorize.net, PayPal, and Stripe.com as our billing gateways. Authorize.net is a CyberSource company. PayPal is an eBay company. We adhere to the highest PCI standard. We keep the following information to ensure we can authenticate you in the event you need help. 1. First four (4) digits of your credit card, 2. Last four (4) digits of your credit card, and 3. Expiration date. The Staff Privileges internet property is only accessible via SSL (a secure connection). We use TrustWave to provide our digital certificates. Mobile Applications. We use mobile device location to serve local offers when using Dining and Attractions. If you choose not to allow our application to get your location, offers will be served based on your address on file.

We also use location when using Roadside Assistance. This location will help our service provider dispatch to the location where you need service. You may choose not to allow the application to get your location, in which case you will have to identify your location before you call for service.

We do not track your location or use device location services in any other way.

COOKIES. We use "cookies" or other similar technologies to collect data. Cookies are small data files recorded by your Internet browser that retain information about your website visits. Cookies allow the Staff Privileges website (the Site) to measure traffic activity on the Site. They are also used to improve user experience by remembering your passwords and viewing preferences, allowing you to visit "member-only" portions of the Site without re-registering and tracking the progress and number of entries in activities that require registration or entry, such as sweepstakes.
